BJP to bring out magazine on Mau riots
Jaunpur | November 14, 2005 6:42:25 PM IST

The Bharatiya Janata Party will come out with a magazine shortly to expose the role of Mulayam Singh Yadav government in recent communal violence in Mau town that claimed seven lives.

Talking newspersons here today, State BJP president Keshri Nath Tripathi blamed the Mulayam Singh Yadav government for inciting communal passions in Mau and then failing to curb the resultant violence.

The BJP will soon publish a magazine to expose the true face of the Samajwadi Party government in connection with the Mau riots, Mr Tripathi added.

He alongwith former UP chief minister and national BJP vice president Kalyan Singh visited the riot scarred town of Mau today.

En route to Mau, Mr Singh told newspersons at Shahganj here that the law and order scene in UP had deteriorated during the rule of Mulayam Singh Yadav.
